baku (trade name: baku; sole proprietor: Ryo Endo; hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the game service we provide at games.tapiava.app (the "Game Service").

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
We use the information collected for the following purposes:

- To record gameplay, display rankings, and save progress

- To grant in-game rewards based on rewarded ad views, prevent fraud, and measure advertising effectiveness

5.3 About Rewarded Advertisements
- Rewarded advertisements are an ad format that users optionally choose to view in order to receive in-game rewards.
- We may use information regarding whether rewarded ads were viewed, completion status, and the rewards granted, for the purposes of granting rewards, preventing fraud, and measuring advertising effectiveness.
5.4 Notice on Advertising by Google
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to the Game Service or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to the Game Service and/or other websites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
These third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver advertisements based on users' interests. Users may disable personalized advertising by following the opt-out methods described in Article 4.
Article 6 (Analytics Tools)
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) in the Game Service.

Article 13 (Protection of Children / COPPA Compliance)
- The Game Service is a casual game intended for general users and is not designed or provided for children under 13 years of age.
